Tropical Treasure Green Smoothie
Green are the #1 food missing from most diets. Smoothies are a great way to add more in and boost your health!
Recipe type: Smoothie
- One small banana
- ½ mango
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 2 - 3 cups spinach
- 3 tablespoons hemp protein
- 2 tablespoons flax seed
- 1 - 2 cups almond milk
- 4 - 5 ice cubes (more makes it thicker, less thins it out)
- Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- Note: don't add hemp powder or flax seed first as it could clog the blades.
