Ingredients
  • One small banana
  • ½ mango
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 - 3 cups spinach
  • 3 tablespoons hemp protein
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed
  • 1 - 2 cups almond milk
  • 4 - 5 ice cubes (more makes it thicker, less thins it out)
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Note: don't add hemp powder or flax seed first as it could clog the blades.
